Please note: We ship globally but cannot deliver to certain Asian countries and remote locations. During checkout, our system will automatically verify if we can ship to your address.
Returns & Exchanges Policy

Return & Exchange Timeframe
We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of merchandise. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached.

Refund Processing

Exchange Processing
For exchanges, we will ship your replacement item once we receive and inspect the returned product. Standard shipping charges apply for the new shipment. If the exchanged item is of higher value, we will charge the difference plus applicable shipping fees.
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the quality and safety of our products for all customers, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Custom or Made-to-Order Furniture including custom-sized dining tables and specialty bedroom furniture
- Final Sale Items clearly marked as such during purchase
- Used or Assembled Furniture that has been removed from original packaging or shows signs of use
- Dining Chair Cushions & Pads for hygiene reasons, unless packaging remains sealed
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange for a replacement or repair at no additional cost to you.
